We want you to be happy with Lio. If Pro isn't right for you, here's how refunds work. Lio is operated by Barel Oved, an individual based in Israel.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you buy Lio Pro and change your mind, email us within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal payment date and we'll refund you in full, no need to explain why.
Try before you buy
Paid plans include a free 7-day trial of Pro, and you don't need a payment card to start it. We encourage you to try Pro during the trial so you know it's right for you before paying.
How to request a refund
Email support@lioplayer.com from the address you used to buy, and tell us you'd like a refund. If possible, include your Lemon Squeezy order number.
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who process approved refunds back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed promptly, but may take up to 10 business days or longer to appear depending on Lemon Squeezy, your payment method, and your bank.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges. You can cancel through the account area, the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or order link, or by contacting us.
For a refund of a recent subscription payment or renewal, contact us within the 14-day window above.
